Project Hubble: Data Alignment

Overiew

The end-goal of this effort was to improve the efficiency, UI, and consistency of certain portals when working with the contract information workstream, by cutting down on the manual labor that is currently expended by the CDM team.

Role: UX Lead + ACD (Research, Product Design)

Research + Findings

Through multiple discussions with the CDM team, we were able to understand the contract and program setup & modification process. The main objective of these discussions was to compile a full list of use cases and then select a number of those use cases as possible candidates for improvement through automation. After reviewing the list of use cases from a business and technical perspective, we narrowed down the feasible use cases for improvement to the following two for Phase 0:

Contract Parsing
